Our names are Sara Eldrett and Steve Breach and we run A Dog Called Wander, a walking, feeding and sitting service for dogs in Lincoln, Gainsborough and the surrounding areas. We are based in Sturton By Stow allowing us instant access to you and the countryside.
We have always had an interest in animals from working with and caring for dogs, birds, fish, horses and not to mention our cats. Not only have we had a love for animals of all sizes especially our canine friends, we have also attended University and between us have achieved a BSc in Animal Behaviour Science and a BSc in Outdoor Recreation Management. Combining these skills we now find ourselves truly dedicated to our own pets and to yours.
With the experience we have gained in the past we aim to provide a service to both you and your pets. All our staff have masses of relevant experience with all types of animals and all have or are undergoing qualifications to better their understanding so that we can offer you the best possible service.
We concentrate on three main areas for petcare:

Health - Each pet is walked/exercised in order to give them the exercise they need to become stronger and fight off infections and illness

Fun - The pets are allowed to play and roll around forming an important part in their socialisation process. It is important that pets learn to be around other pets and people

Safety - Each pet is looked after and monitored as if it was our own pet. Safety is paramount and each pet is our primary concern and therefore the more history you tell us the better our relationship will be.

Who We Are
Sara Eldret BSc Animal Behaviour Science
Sara is 23 with a degree in Animal Behaviour Science. Sara works full time as a Veterinary Nurse at Vicarage Veterinary Centre in Saxilby where she works with a small dedicated team. Sara also works for the RSPCA as a Home Visitor and as the Consultant Animal Behaviourist for the RSPCA at Panton Kennels helping to rehabilatate and rehome rescue dogs.

Steven Breach BSc Outdoor Recreation Management
Steve is 25 with a degree in Outdoor Recreation Management giving him the skills to run the business as well as being able to perform rescues with the climbing and practical skills learnt. The day to day running of the business is Steves responsibility and he adores each and every animal that comes to A Dog Called Wander.
